I would like to invite you to celebrate the launch of the new bookshop and design concept Lukabuka, as well as the launch of a book of contemporary architecture Process 2!

Lukabuka is a place for development of books of architecture, art and design in Latvia. I have created it together with designer Ingūna Elere, architects Brigita Bula and Vents Vīnbergs. We will create new publications and sell exclusive books and design products in Lukabuka thus reviving a tradition of an art bookshop in Riga. 

Lukabuka is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 19.00 and on Thursdays from 11.00 to 21.00 in Riga, in the building of the Latvian Artists’ Union in 11. novembra krastmala 35.

Viesturs Celmiņš, Arnis Dimiņš, Zaiga Gaile, Reinis Liepiņš, Egija Inzule, Miks Mitrēvics, Mārtiņš Pīlēns, RIJADA and MAREUNROL's – 8 comprehensive interviews, more than 300 pictures and a survey Rīgas radošie kvartāli (Creative Districts of Riga).

Process 2 is a reading material for several days and evenings, but its launch throughout the day provides an excellent opportunity to meet authors of articles, architects, designers, artists and other active people.
