| AMBIENTE 2010 - a Feast For the Table And Kitchen /12.-16.02 |
|
From 12 to 16 February 2010, at the leading international fair Dining, indulgence and all that goes with it will be the name of the game.
Dining is bundled with leading international fairs Living and Giving under the Ambiente umbrella. The biggest consumer-goods fair in the world shows products for the table, kitchen and household, gifts and decorating merchandise, home and furnishing accessories. It takes good kitchen- and tableware to make cooking fun and eating a pleasure. Demand for quality, functionality and product design is increasing. At the Dining fair, exclusive companies from the indulgence industry will be showing the world’s widest range of products and presenting innovative retail concepts as well as new products for the table, kitchen, household and indulgence segments. Among the famous names exhibiting in 2010 will be companies like Alessi, Bodum, Dibbern, Fissler, Iittala, Kahla, Kitchen Aid, Le Creuset, Leifheit, Riedel, Robbe & Berking, Rosenthal, Seltmann Weiden, Villeroy & Boch and WMF.
As a result of restructuring, Dining will now occupy Halls 1 to 6 of the Fair & Exhibition Centre. The kitchen and houseware areas will be enlarged and from now on will form their own trade fairs within Dining. “The new concept allows us to further enhance the profile of the individual trade fairs, in response to current market requirements. With this restructuring we are optimally tailoring the spatial requirements of each product area to exhibitors’ new collections and distribution channels”, says Thomas Kastl, Director, Ambiente, commenting on the new hall concept. Overall, the Ambiente product range is being extended in international terms and the layout of the hall floors optimised in line with the market requirements. The Table area will be divided into style trends and distribution channels. As part of the new Ambiente concept, the expanding kitchen and household segments will get their own platform and the new internal structures associated with it.
